a new home. Are you willing to follow instructions and the guidelines given
to you while the dog is in your care?
(This will include crating the dog while you are away from home, tethering
the dog to you for the first week while you are at home to assist with adjustment, never leaving the dog outside for any length of time unattended, and teaching some basic manners/obedience. Feeling sorry for the foster and letting them get away with anything and eveything will not help him become a pet someone would want to adopt.)
